Return policy

The store establishes a return and exchange policy to ensure that the buyer is satisfied with the product that he purchased from the store. Return and exchange are subject to the following conditions:

(1) The store gives the buyer the right to request a return or exchange of products within 14 days from the date of receiving the product from the store.

(2) The store accepts the return or exchange of products only if the following conditions are met:

  1. Buyer shall not use, open or obtain any benefit from the Products.
  2. Not to damage the products or have any defects after receiving them from the shipping company.
  3. Not to damage the packaging and packaging of the products, or to lose any of the accessories of the products.
  4. The buyer should keep the sale invoice and hand it over to the shipping company or at the seller's headquarters.
  5. With regard to clothes, the store accepts the return of clothes in two cases (the first: if the clothes have manufacturing defects, and the second: if the clothes do not conform to the specifications requested by the customer).

(3) In the event that the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the store will examine the product, and if it is proven that the defect is due to the product, the store will bear the costs of shipping, return and replacement.

(4) In the event that the return or exchange is for a reason attributable to the buyer and is not a defect in the product, here the buyer bears all costs of returning, shipping and replacing the product.

(5) In the event that the store rejects the request to return or exchange the product submitted by the buyer, and the buyer refuses to receive the products again, the store has the right to dispose of these products after 15 days have passed from the date of the buyer’s refusal.

(6) In the event that the return request is accepted, the store will refund the price of the product to the customer within 15 working days from the date of accepting the return request, and the price of the product will be refunded in the same way that the payment was made. The refund to the card account usually takes 3 to 7 working days and will appear in The customer's card statement

(7) In the event that the replacement request is accepted, the price difference between the product that has been replaced and the new product that has been chosen is taken into consideration. The means of payment, but if the price of the new product that was chosen is greater than the product that was replaced, the customer in this case must pay the price difference to the store using the payment methods approved by us.

(8) All products are available according to the customer’s request, and the customer pays their value, and they are prepared for him:

In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order after the payment process and before we prepare and confirm his request, he has the right to recover the full amount without any fees.

In the event that the customer wants to cancel the order after confirming it, and we have prepared it for him in advance, then the customer in this case bears a percentage of the price of the requested product and 15% of the amount paid is deducted from the total order value.

After the order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled in any way.

In the event that the customer wants to return the product to change the size only, then in this case the customer’s request will be accepted, provided that the item is in its original condition. The customer here bears the value of shipping the product to and from it.

Our products are not subject to return, and in the event that the customer wishes to return a product, he will be subject to the application of the same fees in canceling the order after processing it, and he will deduct 15% of the total product value.
