The Stone Island x New Balance FuelCell RC Elite v2 ‘Neo Flame’ presents a performance running shoe based on principles of design-led innovation. Created in partnership with New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio, the unique build features grey suede paneling with jagged edges, suggesting parts of the material have been torn away to reveal a crimson mesh underlay. Mismatched branding on the vamp displays Stone Island’s compass insignia on the left shoe and a Flying NB logo on the right. Springy cushioning is provided by a FuelCell midsole, featuring a full-length carbon fiber plate for increased responsiveness.
