The store sets a return and exchange policy to ensure that the buyer is satisfied with the product he purchased from the store, and the return and replacement is subject to the following conditions:
(1) The store gives the buyer the right to request a return or exchange of products within 14 days from the date of receiving the product from the store.
(2) The store accepts return or exchange of products only if the following conditions are met:
The Buyer shall not use, open or obtain any benefit from the Products.
The products are not damaged or have any defects after receiving them from the shipping company.
Not to damage the packaging and packaging of the products, or to lose any of the product accessories.
The buyer keeps the sales invoice and delivers it to the shipping company or at the seller’s establishment.
As for the clothes, the store accepts the return of the clothes in two cases (the first: if the clothes have manufacturing defects, and the second: if the clothes do not match the specifications requested by the customer).
(3) In the event that the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the store shall inspect the product, and if it is proven that the defect is due to the product, the store shall bear the costs of shipping, return and replacement.
(4) In the event that the return or exchange is for a reason due to the buyer and is not a defect in the product, the buyer shall bear all costs of returning, shipping and replacing the product.
(5) If the store refuses to request a return or exchange of the product submitted by the buyer, and the buyer refuses to receive the products again, the store has the right to dispose of these products after 15 days from the date of the buyer's rejection.
(6) If the return request is accepted, the store shall refund the price of the product to the customer within 15 working days from the date of accepting the return request, and the price of the product shall be refunded in the same manner in which the payment was made.
(7) In the event that the replacement request is accepted, in this case the price difference between the replaced product and the new product that has been chosen, is taken into account. Payment method, but if the price of the new product that was chosen is greater than the product that was replaced, the customer in this case must pay the difference in price to the store using our approved payment methods.
(8) All products are available according to the customer's request, and the customer pays their value and is prepared for him:
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order after the payment process and before we prepare and confirm his request, he is entitled to recover the full amount without any fees.
But if the customer wants to cancel the order after confirming it and we have prepared it in advance, the customer in this case bears a percentage of the price of the requested product and deducts 35% of the amount paid from the total value of the order.
After the order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled in any way.
In the event that the customer wants to return the product to change the size only, then in this case the customer’s request is accepted, provided that the item is in its original condition. The customer here bears the cost of shipping the product to and from it.
Our products are not returnable, and if the customer wishes to return a product, he will be subject to the application of the same fees in canceling the order after processing, and 35% of the total value of the product will be deducted.
